To start the evening with the famous oysters smothered in butter and garlic still leaves my mouth watering. The apples were a delight to taste and see, the fruit of the earth. Sweet to see the baskets of apples at the roadside! I am the president of Slow Food Great Valley, we have had many dinners, nothing compares to the dinner you put on.
Truly the best grown dessert topped with our home grown local dairy products.
